We use a WordPress content management/project management plugin to build out our tasks and monitor progress. The screenshot to the right isn't clickable because the content is proprietary.

However, I manage a team of six people (marketing managers, designer, videographer, social media manager and business relationship manager) by assigning and monitoring tasks according to my list of needs determined each week by meeting with the full leadership team.

I can track progress on a task, create sub-lists and provide feedback all within the plugin.
